Hazard: The wheel and axle assemble may break off during skating, resulting in injury to the skater.

Hazard: Some of the legs on these chairs were mis-assembled by the installer and a piece of the chair could be bent out of shape. This can allow the chair to collapse during use, causing consumers to suffer injuries from falls.

Hazard: The media cart has metal and plastic casters that can break, causing a television or other objects on the cart to fall and injure consumers nearby.

Hazard: Under certain operating conditions, the rear wheel hub may crack or wear and spin free on its axle, resulting in a loss of power to the wheel and brake, which poses the risk of injury to consumers.

Hazard: These lighters do not have child-resistant mechanisms, as required by federal law. Young children could ignite the lighters, posing fire and burn hazards.

Hazard: If the pressurized can is left in a hot automobile, it can forcefully break apart and cause injury to a nearby consumer.

Hazard: When the chair collapses, the folding mechanism can pose a crushing, cutting or severing hazard to consumers' fingers.

Hazard: Cracks can develop near the base of the posts. This can allow the railing to collapse, potentially injuring people on the deck.

Hazard: The glass portion of the luminaire optical assembly may crack, presenting a laceration hazard.

Hazard: Water can leak from the metal holding tank, wet insulating material and cause electrical arcing and heat build-up. This poses a fire hazard.

Hazard: The smoke hood is a one-time emergency use personal safety device, that provides quick temporary protection from smoke in the event of a fire. In some instances, consumers purchased the smoke hoods for protection from tear gas or chemical warfare agents, but the smoke hoods should be used only to provide protection from smoke caused by fires.

Hazard: The legs of the chicken and duck figures may detach, posing a risk of choking.

Hazard: The Big Red Wagon has four rubber wheels that include plastic rims that may break and explode under pressure, when being inflated. Parts of the wheel and the tire can strike and injure anyone nearby.

Hazard: The motors on the cotton candy machines can jam and overheat, posing a fire hazard. Additionally, the heating unit can be activated without the spinner in place, presenting a risk of burn to consumers.

Hazard: The on-off trigger can stick, or the lock-on button can jam, posing a risk of physical injury to consumers.

Hazard: The bean bags contain small polystyrene beads that present suffocation and strangulation hazards to young children who may inhale the small beads. The recalled bean bag chairs have zippers that were not properly sealed to prevent young children from opening the bean bag chairs and being exposed to the small beads.

Hazard: In an extreme fire situation, it is possible for the electronic wires and mounting holes to become exposed, posing a fire hazard risk. There is no danger of latch failure, nor will this prevent normal egress during an emergency evacuation.

Hazard: The Power Planner is a device connected between motorized appliances and wall outlets that is intended to save electricity. These Power Planners have reversed polarity, posing a shock hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The rockets' foam tips can break off, exposing sharp edges that can cause face lacerations or eye injuries to consumers. The rocket systems also have weak pump handles that can break during use, posing a risk of hand lacerations to consumers.

Hazard: The key chains can leak petroleum distillates, which can pose an ingestion hazard to children.

Hazard: The hot & cold water dispenser's heater band can short circuit, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: When an RM or ZM model heatbox (replacing a ZA or RA model heatbox) is inserted into a ZAC wall can and wired through a fitting in the top-left wall can knock-out (see the picture), the RM or ZM model has the potential for continuous heater operation, regardless of thermostat settings or room temperature. This can cause the heater to overheat and catch nearby combustibles on fire.

Hazard: The buttons in the center of the embroidered flowers on the shirt can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The internal hose connected to the trigger in the handle can detach, allowing hot water and/or steam to escape, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The paint on the metal mesh can ignite when exposed to a direct flame, posing a serious fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The plastic ring with handles, that is attached to the upper rim of the fondue pot, can crack during normal heating or cooling, posing burn and fire hazards to consumers.

Hazard: A cap at the end of the handle of the scoop can fly off with substantial force, especially if the scoop is immersed in hot water. The metal cap poses a risk of impact injury to nearby consumers.

Hazard: The kettle's cover traps steam inside of the kettle, causing an increase in pressure. This forces hot water to rise and escape through the spout, posing a serious burn hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The paint coating on some of these pedal cars contains high lead levels. CPSC standards ban toys and other children's products containing high levels of lead. Young children could ingest the lead from the car's paint coating, presenting a lead poisoning hazard.

Hazard: The snap that secures the book could detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
