Hazard: Some of the blankets may contain a loose connection, that may cause the unit to not function or to short-circuit, posing a risk of fire.

Hazard: The Fusion 35 motor speed controller may not operate properly, due to a weakness in a batch of integrated circuit (IC) chips. The (IC) chip can become hot and damage the controller. In certain instances, a malfunctioning IC chip can cause the helicopter motor to turn on for the several seconds before the power is disconnected, which can damage the helicopter or cause injury to the operator or bystanders.

Hazard: The door hinges can fail, causing the shower door to fall and injure nearby consumers.

Hazard: The timers have reversed polarity in the wiring, potentially allowing a current to flow through a consumer's body, posing a shock hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The bottles can leak, allowing the contents of the cleaner to come into contact with consumers. These cleaners can cause irritation and burns to the skin and eyes.

Hazard: The latches on the lower sash of the window can unexpectedly open, posing a potential injury hazard to consumers who can be struck by the window or by shattered glass.

Hazard: The cabinets can detach from the wall and fall, possibly injuring consumers.

Hazard: The glass on these lamps can shatter when lit, posing a fire and laceration hazard to consumers.

Hazard: If the glass sleeves are not properly secured around the wicks, or the wicks are not properly inserted, the top glass of the lamps could shatter.

Hazard: If the safety latch breaks, a small spring could be released. Young children could choke on the small spring or gain access to a cabinet or drawer where dangerous items are stored.

Hazard: The noses, bells, and eyes of the bears can detach, presenting a choking hazard to young children. The eyes also present a sharp point hazard.

Hazard: An electrical connection in these coffeemakers can overheat and ignite the filter basket support, presenting a risk of fire and burn hazard to consumers.

Consumers testing electrical sources could fail to be warned of the presence of live current if the tester is not properly operating, posing a risk of shock, electrocution, and thermal burns.

Hazard: Screws that hold the swing together can fall out, causing the seat to fall to the ground, posing an injury risk to children.
