Hazard: The SCUBA BC bladder can have a slow leak because of imperfections within the machining of the stainless air barrel of their inflators. This can cause unexpected buoyancy problems with divers, possibly resulting in decompression sickness.

Hazard: These water slides have an excessive length of rope attached to the safety mat, that presents a risk of entanglement in the water. This poses a drowning hazard to users.

Hazard: The helmets may not meet CPSC safety regulations for helmets, which poses a risk of a rider sustaining a serious head injury if he/she falls from a bicycle.

Hazard: Because they do not fit together properly, the weights can fall off the handles of these dumbbells and strike the user.

Hazard: The zipper-pull on the cover-up can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: The treadmill's circuitry can overheat, causing it to unexpectedly accelerate during use. When this happens, the user can fall.

Hazard: The blower motor, located under the table, has an opening large enough for a child's finger, posing a laceration hazard.

Hazard: First, while being used in the incline position, the machine's backboard bench can unexpectedly collapse and break, posing a risk of injury to the user. Second, the "Lat Tower," can rotate forward and fall during use, posing a risk of injury to the user.

Hazard: The Posi-Lok™ locking ring, which secures the filter's upper tank shell to the lower tank shell (see diagram), can disengage from the lower tank shell, allowing the top shell of the filter to blow off, causing injury to nearby consumers.

Hazard: The steel back brace on the tree climber can weaken and fail, posing a serious injury hazard to the user.

Hazard: A serrated blade that supports the stand on a tree can bend, posing the risk of falls and serious injuries to hunters.

Hazard: The red plastic skis used on these 2003 model year snowmobiles could be damaged by UV light exposure. If during off-season storage, the snowmobile was stored with the skis exposed to sunlight, damage may have occurred. If UV damage has occurred, the ski may crack or break during use. If this occurs, it could lead to a loss of control, that could result in severe injury or death.

Hazard: The motor capacitor, which is a component of the circulating pump, can overheat. This poses a fire hazard.

Hazard: The steering connections on the front suspension rack can come loose, posing a risk of the operator losing control of the vehicle.

Hazard: Fire hazard because of overheating and ignition of dust inside the treadmill's hood. The dust accumulates because of lack of regular maintenance.

Hazard: The nylon body strap on the swim trainer can detach or tear from the flotation device and release a child into water, posing a serious drowning hazard to young children.

Hazard: The treadmill can unexpectedly accelerate, possibly causing the user to lose control and fall.

Hazard: A malfunctioning circuit board can cause these gas pool heaters to fail to ignite, allowing gas to accumulate in the heater cover. Delayed ignition of built-up gas can result in a fire or explosion, causing property damage and injuries.

Hazard: Children can fall or land on these dive sticks in shallow water and may suffer impalement injuries.

Hazard: Front rail of crampon could be improperly heat-treated and toe points could bend, resulting in malfunction of the crampon.

Hazard: Extreme vibration can occur within these CDX regulators, which can cause an air leakage underwater. Divers could run out of air and drown.

Hazard: The limbs of these bows can break during use, causing impact injuries to consumers.

Hazard: The ramps can crack, causing users to fall and suffer injuries.

Hazard: A cable that secures the treestand to the tree can break, posing the risk of falls and serious injuries to hunters.

Hazard: Air baths release heated bubbles into the water. A heating element on these baths can fail to shut off, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The bar ends can crack when tightened and come loose during use, which can cause riders to lose control of the bicycle and possibly suffer injuries.

Hazard: The basketball hoops can have a sharp protruding bolt on the player's side of the pole, that can cause serious leg or body lacerations to consumers. Basketball players can be cut when they collide with the pole, as they drive toward the basket or when they fall or are pushed into the pole.

Hazard: The U-Line™ submersible pressure gauge that is part of the dive consoles can malfunction and display inaccurate pressure readings. Divers using the consoles could fail to decompress properly during a dive, causing decompression sickness.

Hazard: The gas dryer can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The fuel tank may leak, posing a potential fire hazard.
