Hazard: The recalled drain covers were incorrectly rated to handle the flow of water through the cover, which could pose a possible entrapment hazard to swimmers and bathers.

Hazard: When users attempt to pierce the CO2 cartridge by closing the lever to the cartridge chamber, the cartridge can fly out of the marker, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: Steel springs in the heel pieces of the bindings could break, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The brake pedal can crack and separate, resulting in a loss of braking ability. This can result in a crash.

Hazard: The frame mounting bolts and wheel axle bolts can be loose on new skates. Loose wheels or frames on the skates can cause the rider to fall, posing a risk of injury.

Hazard: The pins in the carabiners can detach, causing a climbing strap to break free from the safety harness. This can result in the climber falling.

Hazard: Bolts that secure the cam locks to the frame of these climbing sticks that retains the rope around the tree can break, allowing the cam locks to detach from the frame.

Hazard: The toe portion of the boot pad may unexpectedly release from the touring-style ski binding on a ski, posing a fall or injury hazard to the user.The computers can overheat, posing a burn hazard to the consumer.

Hazard: The snowboard binding's base plate can break at cold temperatures, posing a fall hazard to snowboarders.

Hazard: The ankle clamp can release unexpectedly or the strap used to limit rotation can break, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The buoyancy compensator seal ring could crack, posing a drowning hazard to divers.

Hazard: An O-ring in the high pressure air connector can fail and leak air, causing a continuous but slow loss of breathing gas, which could require a diver to surface quickly, posing a drowning hazard to divers.

Hazard: The first stage balance chamber plug can loosen from the scuba regulator causing a high-pressure leak and creating unstable pressure. This poses a drowning hazard to divers.

Hazard: The webbing of the waist belt on the safety harness is not routed through the lineman's loop located on the front of the harness near waist level. Since the loops are not properly anchored to the harness webbing but are attached only through stitching not intended to restrain a user during a fall, they that can pull away from the harness when force is applied, leaving the user unrestrained.
