Hazard: When the oven is in the self-cleaning mode, the oven's exterior door temperature exceeds the allowable surface temperature limits under the industry voluntary standard for household electric ranges. Sustained contact with the door during self-cleaning mode could cause burns.

Hazard: The gas water heater controls can gradually open instead of snapping open to full flow, which can cause soot to build up on the water heater burner, presenting a fire hazard.

Hazard: The circuit board can overheat and catch fire, posing a burn and fire hazard.

Hazard: When the cylinder on the gas grill is filled to capacity and exposed to increased temperatures, liquid propane, instead of gas vapor, can leak out and cause the gas regulator valve to freeze. When the regulator valve thaws, if it has not been turned off, gas will flow to the grill. The resulting build-up of gas in the grill can pose a serious fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: An internal failure may occur within the Hydrostatic Transmission preventing the transmission from returning to neutral after the pedals are released. This can allow unexpected movement or cause the tractor to continue moving, creating a possible risk of injury to the operator or a bystander.

Hazard: The showerhead hot water heaters are attached to the shower's water supply piping and connected to a household's electrical supply source when central hot water is not available. Undersized wiring prevents this unit from being suitable in wet locations, the rotary switch is not waterproof and the installation instructions fail to recommend an electrical junction box, but instead recommend tape. The recalled actuators can jam and prevent the dampers from closing. If dampers fail to close during a fire, serious injury or death can be suffered by building occupants because smoke, fire and fumes can spread through a building's ventilation system.

Hazard: A manufacturing defect inside the charger can cause overheating of internal connections or external wiring, presenting a fire hazard.
