Firm received multiple complaints of anesthesia circuit leaks due to cracks in the 120" expandable tubing. Cracks and resulting leaks may lead to hypoxia, hypoventilation, and inadequate delivery of inhaled anesthetic agents, which may result in serious injury or death.
