CPSC, abcDistributing Announce Recall of Fleece Pants with Long Waist Drawstring on Jacket
Recalled December 2, 2003 · CPSC recall 04518 · abcDistributing

Hazard
Waist drawstring on jacket is longer than 3 inches when the waist is expanded to its fullest width, and there are toggles and knots at the end of the un-tacked drawstring. This can cause the drawstring to catch on protrusions (such as bus doors or handles), potentially causing injury or death if the person is dragged by the vehicle.
Remedy
Pull the waist drawstrings out of the jacket.
