Calligaris USA Recalls Bar Stools Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard
The seat on the bar stools can detach, causing the consumer to fall and suffer injuries.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using these bar stools immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a merchandise exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.

Calligaris has received five reports of the seats detaching. No injuries have been reported.
Description
This recall involves Calligaris bar stools with a contemporary design. The stools have a black or chrome metal base, a low back, and plastic seats that come in orange, black, white, green, or clear. The words "ICE" and "Calligaris" are engraved on the underside of the seat.
What to do
Consumers should stop using these bar stools immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a merchandise exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
