Hazard: Some sets have alcohol burners that can produce high flames beyond the intended-cooking surface of the fondue pot. Another set, which uses chafing fuel, is being recalled because the chafing fuel holder could tip as it burns down. Both problems present potential fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The gun cabinets have push button locks that can be opened without the use of a key, allowing unauthorized access to firearms.

Hazard: The glass ring exterior portion or trim of these lights can fall from the fixture, posing a risk of lacerations and impact injuries.

Hazard: These paper shredders do not have a protective shield to guard against exposure to the cutting blades. Consumers could lift the paper shredder lid while it is running and come into contact with the turning blades. Consumers could suffer cuts or amputations of finger tips, if they touch the turning blades.

Hazard: These radial arm saws were sold without a guard that covers the entire blade. Consumers have come into contact with the blade or have been hit by pieces of wood kicked back by the saws, resulting in severe injuries.

Hazard: The circuit testers can fail to indicate if electric current is present, posing a risk of electric shock to consumers.

Hazard: An electric heating element inside the system, that is used primarily in the dehumidification process, can short circuit and produce sparks, posing a smoke and fire risk.

Hazard: The recall involves millions of window blinds with pull cords and inner cords that can form a loop and cause strangulation.

Hazard: Batteries in the unit can leak or explode, when used with an AC adapter. Consumers can suffer burns from the leaking battery or can be struck by pieces of an exploding battery.

Hazard: Laceration

Hazard: These lighters can burn with a high flame and can fail to extinguish, presenting fire and burn hazards.

Hazard: The recalled lighters are not equipped with the metal shield over the sparkwheel, whereas the child-resistant lighters have that shield.

Hazard: The lighters do not have child-resistant mechanisms, as required by federal law. Young children could ignite the lighters, presenting fire and burn hazards.

Hazard: Because these pens contain an extra spring, the end caps can shoot off with great force, posing a risk of eye and facial injuries.

Hazard: The radio can fail to decode certain signals broadcast by the National Weather Service or can provide incorrect warnings of severe weather that puts lives and property at risk.

Hazard: The base of the chair can crack, causing the person seated in the chair to fall.

Hazard: The starting fluid is extremely flammable and the leaking fluid poses a fire hazard. Direct contact with the product also can irritate the consumer's eyes and skin.

Hazard: The juice extractor's filter and lid can break apart, and project metal and plastic into the air, causing injuries to nearby consumers.

Hazard: Due to a manufacturing discrepancy, the two halves of some gun locks can be manually separated without a key, giving children and others unauthorized access to a firearm.

Hazard: The mallet that comes as part of this table set can be lodged into the throats of young children, posing a choking hazard.

Hazard: The light boxes have loose wires and lack adequate grounding, presenting fire, electrocution and shock hazards to consumers.

Hazard: The rear legs of the chair can separate from the rocker's base, causing it to collapse, and the child seated in the chair can fall.

Hazard: The bottles, which contain methyl alcohol, are not sealed with child-resistant closures as required by federal law. Methyl alcohol, also known as methanol, is toxic and can cause blindness or death, if ingested.

Hazard: The product presents an electrical shock hazard because the unplugged end of the cord is energized when the other end is plugged in.

Hazard: The screws holding the chair's front leg folding mechanism can work loose, causing the chair to collapse, resulting in injury.

Hazard: The heads on these tools can detach when in use, striking the user or a bystander and causing serious injury.

Hazard: The coffeepot's handle can break, causing the pot to fall. Consumers can suffer burn injuries from hot coffee or lacerations from broken glass.

Hazard: These storm doors were manufactured without retaining pins in the upper windows. The upper window can fall out and could injure nearby consumers.

Hazard: The fluorescent light base of the unit becomes extremely hot and can melt, presenting a fire hazard.

Hazard: The robes fail to meet federal flammability standards for clothing and can ignite readily, presenting a serious risk of burn injuries. Fabrics that do not comply with the standard typically burn faster than newspaper.
