Hazard: It is possible to misassemble the seats of these swings, so that they appear secure, but are not. If the seat of the swing is not properly attached, the seat and baby can flip forward.

Hazard: The plastic tubes can break from the wooden base, releasing beads, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Hazard: A child could fall from a carrier when the seat restraint strap is not doubled-back through the slider if the carrier's safety harness is not used. The seat restraint strap is located between the child's legs when the child is seated.

The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these walkers could be seriously injured or killed if they fall down stairs.
