Hazard: The inner layer of the fuel line can leak, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The CRT Motor youth model ATVs do not meet mandatory safety requirements. Children can operate them above the maximum allowed speed, increasing the risk of a crash that can cause serious injuries. In addition, the handlebars pose a laceration hazard should the child rider's body or head impact the handlebars at a high rate of speed such as in a crash.

Hazard: The steering wheel can separate and result in a loss of control, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: Grass can accumulate on the under-side of the utility vehicle near the exhaust pipe, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The e-scooter's handlebar grips can loosen or crack, posing fall and injury hazards.

Hazard: The floor mats on the recalled Kubota utility vehicles can warp or degrade and interfere with the throttle pedal, posing crash and injury hazards.

Hazard: The retaining "R" clips on the front brake caliper pin can fall out, causing the front brakes to fail, posing a crash hazard to the rider.

Hazard: The bicycle frame can break while riding, posing fall and injury hazards to the user.

Hazard: The youth ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of the federal mandatory ATV safety standard, including maximum speed limitations and other mandatory safety requirements for vehicles intended for children under 10 years of age. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death to children.

Hazard: The Venom Motorsports youth model ATVs do not meet mandatory safety requirements, including speed restrictions, posing a risk of serious injury or death. The ATVs also were imported and distributed in the U.S. without a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)-approved ATV Action Plan, which includes safety requirements designed to protect users.

Hazard: The throttle speed control stop can break and become stuck, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The skewer, which connects the Coho XC Cargo Trailer to the bicycle, can shear or bend. This can cause instability of the trailer and the towing bicycle and pose a fall hazard for the bicycle rider.

Hazard: The bottom bracket can break during use, causing the user to lose control, posing fall and crash hazards.

Hazard: Cracks can form at the head tube area of the bicycle, where the fork connects to the bicycle. This can cause the frame to fail and allow the fork and front wheel to unexpectedly separate from the rest of the bicycle, posing a fall hazard to riders.

Hazard: The stock CVT air intake can become completely obstructed with snow causing the drive belt to overheat and break, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The weld between the brake pedal pivot bracket and the EPS mounting bracket can separate, which can result in a loss of brake function, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The rear shock spring on the bicycles can become stuck, creating a pinch point between the spring and the seat, posing a risk of injury, or causing the bicycles to stop unexpectedly, posing a fall hazard to the rider.

Hazard: The steering knuckle can detach from the lower arm, resulting in a loss of control of the vehicle, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: If the recalled pedals are incorrectly installed by the retailer during assembly, they can fall off the crank arm of the bicycle, posing fall and injury hazards to the rider.

Hazard: An error in the ECU (Engine Control Unit) software can result in the speedometer and several speed-related safety systems not functioning as designed, posing a crash hazard and risk of injury.

Hazard: The snowmobile's muffler can overheat and cause the upper right-hand vent grill to melt and drip plastic on the exhaust, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The vehicles were manufactured without copper seal washers on the turbocharger’s oil supply line, which can result in an oil leak, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The electronic power steering (EPS) can malfunction and cause the rider to lose control of the vehicle, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The drive chain can break, posing a crash hazard and/or property damage.

Hazard: The drive belt can break during operation and damage the inner clutch cover assembly and fuel line, which can result in a fuel leak, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: Water can get into the battery causing a short circuit, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The throttle pedal can return to the idle position more slowly than anticipated once the pedal is released or stick in the depressed position, posing a crash hazard.
