Hazard: The bicycle crank can unexpectedly come off, causing the rider to lose control, fall and suffer serious injuries.

Hazard: The brake's hand lever can separate, resulting in loss of braking. This can cause the rider to lose control of the bicycle, posing a risk of injury to riders.

Hazard: The children's trailer bicycle can detach from the adult bicycle, posing a fall hazard to children.

Hazard: These youth ATVs lack front brakes and a tire pressure gauge, the date of manufacture is not printed on side of the tires, and the front suspension is solid and does not allow for travel. Additionally, the flag pole bracket is not the correct size, and the handlebars do not have padding covering sharp edges. There is no storage location for the owner's manual, and the manual itself does not contain complete information on the safe operation and maintenance of the ATV. These defects could result in an unsafe riding condition, posing a risk of injury to young drivers.

Hazard: The forks can break during normal use, causing the rider to lose control, fall and suffer serious injuries.

Hazard: The log splitter's hydraulic cylinders can have defective rod retention, causing the seals to leak and the rods to detach. This can result in serious injury to the operator, as the rod can rapidly and unexpectedly extend the splitting wedge.

Hazard: The brake cylinder on the off-road motorcycle can crack and result in brake failure. This poses a risk of severe injury or death to the driver.

Hazard: The flange, which holds the fuel pump in the fuel tank, can fail to stay connected to the tank itself. This can create a fuel leak, which poses a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The recalled ATVs may have a loose fuel valve within the fuel tank, which could cause a fuel leak and pose a fire hazard to riders.

Hazard: The forks can break during use, causing the rider to lose control of the bicycle, fall and suffer serious injuries.

Hazard: The bicycle's crankset could break, posing a fall hazard to user.

Hazard: The steering posts can break in the area where the handlebar attaches to the steering post. This can result in loss of steering control, resulting in a crash and/or serious injury to the operator.

Hazard: The ATV's front bearing carrier can fail due to an insufficient amount of material thickness in the area where the lower a-arm and ball joint are attached, which can result in a loss of control and a crash and/or serious injury to the operator.

Hazard: The seal around the fuel tank can loosen, allowing fuel to leak, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The ATVs lack adequate tire labeling, tire pressure gauge, adequate stop engine switch and other safety requirements, which could result in injury to consumers.

Hazard: The right and left front suspension shock towers can separate due to inadequate welding during the manufacturing process. Separation of the welded joints can result in stiffer steering or the shock mount failing suddenly, causing the rider to lose control of the snowmobile and crash.

Hazard: The brake caliper sets could break and detach from the bicycle's fork or frame. This could cause the rider to lose control and crash.

Hazard: The bicycle frame can crack while in use, causing the rider to lose control and suffer injuries from a fall or collision.

Hazard: The radius triple clamps on these motorcycles can crack during operation, posing a risk that the fork of the bike could separate and result in serious injury or death to the rider.

Hazard: The bushing pivot mount boss on the left and right suspension arm may not have been welded completely and could break off during riding. If this occurs, the rider could lose control of the ATV and crash, posing risk of serious injury or death.

Hazard: The front wheel forks on these bicycles could have been welded improperly. This poses a risk that the weld could fail, and the rider could lose control and fall.

Hazard: The front suspension arm ball joints could have been contaminated during production, resulting in rapid wear of one or more of the ball joints and possible ball joint separation. If the ball joint separation occurs while riding, the operator could lose control of the ATV.

Hazard: On some of these units, the handlebar holder, tie-rod adjustment, and tie-rod end nuts may not have been tightened to the proper torque. Operation of the vehicle can cause the nuts to loosen, resulting in a loss of steering control. This poses a crash hazard, which can result in injury or death.

Hazard: The bicycle's front brake can fail, causing the rider to lose control and fall.

Hazard: An incorrect burst disc, a component of the NOS bottle valve, may have been installed in the recalled NOS Kits. If the bottle is overfilled and overheated, it could forcefully burst, posing an impact injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: A component of the winch kit, the eight-post contactor, can continue to pull current when in the "off" position, which can cause it to overheat and pose a fire hazard.

Hazard: The pedal's bearing cap can fail causing the pedal to come off the bicycle. This poses a fall hazard for riders.

Hazard: The nuts securing the tie-rod ends to the steering shaft may not have been tightened sufficiently during assembly. If the nuts loosen during operation, the operator could lose steering control, posing a risk of crashing.

Hazard: The bicycle frames can loosen or separate, causing the rider to lose control, fall and be injured.

Hazard: These vehicles could have been assembled with improperly manufactured steering knuckles that could break while the vehicle is in operation. This can cause a loss of steering control and cause a crash, resulting in injury or death.
