Hazard: The charger can overheat and melt, presenting a burn or electric shock hazard to consumers.

Hazard: One of the three internal flue gas tubes extending from the heat exchanger can separate from the heat exchanger. This could allow flue gases, including carbon monoxide, to enter the building airstream. This could result in serious injury or death to building occupants.

Hazard: Under certain conditions, fuel-burning appliances can produce deadly CO. However, with proper installation and maintenance, they are safe to use.

Hazard: These camper stoves could have been shipped with butane already in the fuel compartment, posing a fire and burn hazard. Also, because of a possible problem with the fuel control mechanism, the stoves could flare up or catch fire when operated.

Hazard: The ovens' heating elements can break, causing the glass door to shatter. The toasters could short circuit, causing electrical shocks and fires.

Hazard: These blinds contain lead exceeding government guidelines, and do not have required labeling warning they contain lead. Over time, vinyl deteriorates from exposure to sunlight and heat, forming lead dust on the surface of the blind. Young children can ingest lead by wiping their hands on the blinds and then putting their hands in their mouths. Lead poisoning in children is associated with behavioral problems, learning disabilities, hearing problems and growth retardation.

Hazard: The heating elements in these toasters can remain on after the toast pops up. This poses a fire hazard.
