Vision Fitness Recalls Treadmill Console to Repair Unexpected Acceleration Hazard

Hazard: Due to a programming defect with the console, the treadmill can unexpectedly increase in speed and elevation when the User Programs 4 or 5 are set for longer than 30 minutes. If this happens, the user could fall and suffer injuries.
