Hazard: The fan wheel inside the backpack blower can break apart, posing a laceration hazard.

Hazard: The chain saw can take longer to brake than expected, posing a laceration hazard.

Hazard: The gearbox could have mistakenly been installed upside down by the STIHL dealer causing the tines to rotate backwards toward the operator, posing a laceration hazard to the user.

Hazard: The pressure washer nozzle can disconnect from the spray wand when under pressure during use, posing an injury hazard.

Hazard: The bolts connecting the plastic blades and holding the mowing head together can come loose and the mowing head can come apart, posing a risk of injury to the user or bystanders.

Hazard: The fuel line can leak, posing fire and burn hazards.

Hazard: The hedge trimmer can operate faster than expected, continue running after the trigger is released or operate by depressing either the trigger or the front handle switch individually, posing a laceration hazard.

Hazard: The gasoline tank vent can become dislodged due to incorrect factory installation and cause fuel to leak, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The flywheel on the chain saw can crack causing parts of the flywheel to separate and strike users or bystanders, posing a risk of injury.

Hazard: The level of ethanol and other fuel additives can distort the toolless fuel cap, allowing fuel to spill, posing a fire and burn hazard.

Hazard: The throttle trigger may stick after it has been released by the operator, which could cause the engine to continue to run at a speed that drives the saw chain. This can pose a risk of a laceration injury to the user or a bystander.

Hazard: These chain saws can leak fuel, posing a fire hazard. A connection in the ignition grounding system could loosen and create a spark, posing a fire hazard. Also the springs in the clutch assembly could come out of position, allowing a spring of the clutch to be projected from the saw housing, resulting in injury to the user.

Hazard: The fan wheel on these backpack blowers could break, resulting in pieces of plastic flying out of the blower housing. This poses a risk of injury to the user or a bystander.

Hazard: An internal clip may become dislodged and, as a result, the clutch shoes could be projected from the clutch housing and strike consumers, posing the risk of injury.

Hazard: In some units, the fuel tank vent could be installed incorrectly and become dislodged. If this occurs, fuel could leak and result in a fire.

Hazard: Fuel can leak out of the chain saw's tank, which could cause a fire or injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The fuel hose on the carburetor can be dislodged, and leak fuel, presenting fire and burn hazards.
