Hazard: An improperly routed alternator cable can become damaged and contact the negative battery post, resulting in an electrical short, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury.

Hazard: Water can leak through a cracked filter into the ROV's high-voltage charging harness components and cause a short circuit, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The lower seat belt anchor fasteners were not properly tightened, which can result in the seat belt separating from the vehicle frame, failing to protect riders. Without that protection, riders can be ejected from the vehicle in a crash, posing an injury hazard.

Hazard: The fasteners on the vehicle's rollover protective structure (ROPS) pillar joints can be missing or loose and fail to protect the occupants, if the vehicle rolls over or tips over. This poses an injury hazard.

Hazard: The door handle can stick and cause the door to unexpectedly open while the vehicle is moving and cause an unrestrained rider to be ejected from the vehicle or increase the risk of a crash, posing serious injury and crash hazards.

Hazard: The positive (+) battery terminal cover (red) can become damaged by the seat base, causing the positive (+) battery post to be exposed and contact nearby conductive components, resulting in an electrical short, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The vehicles' passenger side seat belt anchor point can separate from the frame due to a defective weld on the bracket, posing an injury hazard to passengers from impact with a loose bracket or failure of the seatbelt during a crash.

Hazard: The high voltage cables on the motor controller unit can be loose, causing the cable to arc or overheat while in use, posing fire and crash hazards and risk of serious injury.

Hazard: The winch wiring can overheat while in use, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury to the rider or passenger.

Hazard: The ATV can leak fuel at the fuel pump flange outlet, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury to the rider or passenger.

Hazard: The snowmobile can leak fuel at the pump flange assembly, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury to the rider or passenger.

Hazard: The fuel line between the fuel rails can leak, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: The primary (drive) clutch can fail causing the clutch or its components to separate from the vehicle, posing an injury hazard.

Hazard: The steering system can lock up while in use, posing a crash hazard and risk of serious injury to children.

Hazard: Pressing the brake and throttle pedals simultaneously can deactivate the throttle. If the brake is then released, the vehicle can move and the throttle can still be deactivated, posing a crash hazard and risk of serious injury.

Hazard: The ring gear on the primary clutch can fail, causing the clutch assembly components to come loose, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The primary (drive) clutch can fail and can cause the clutch or clutch components to come loose, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: An improperly installed center brake line can cause the rear brake circuit to remain pressurized during operation, resulting in overheated brakes and reduced braking performance, posing fire and crash hazards.

Hazard: The improperly routed brake line can contact the front wheels during vehicle operation resulting in brake line damage and brake loss, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The passenger side seat belt buckle bracket was not properly welded, which could result in the seat belt anchor point separating from the frame, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The handlebar hooks on the recalled snowmobiles pose a puncture hazard and risk of serious injury if the rider's body impacts the handlebar hook during a crash.

Hazard: The vehicle's clutch can fracture, causing fragments to be ejected from the vehicle, posing fire and injury hazards.

Hazard: A fuel leak can occur at the fuel pump outlet connector on the fuel tank near a hot surface, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: A fuel leak can occur at the fuel pump assembly joint on the fuel tank in close proximity to a hot surface, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: When the rider engages the throttle and brake (including the parking brake) simultaneously on the recalled snowmobiles, the brake system can overheat in the caliper/pad/brake rotor area, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries to the rider.

Hazard: Electrostatic discharge outside the fuel tank can ignite fuel spills while refueling, posing a fire hazard.
