Peg Perego Recalls Tatamia 3-in-1 Recliners, Swings and High Chairs Due to Risk of Suffocation; Violations of Multiple Federal Standards (Recall Alert)
Hazard: The 3-in-1 products pose a suffocation risk because they were marketed for infant sleep, and they have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees, in violation of the Infant Sleep Products Rule and Safe Sleep for Babies Act. In addition, the products fail to meet mandatory warning requirements under the high chair standard.

Peg Perego Recalls Inclined Sleeper Bassinets for YPSI and Z4 Strollers Due to Risk of Suffocation and Fall Hazard; Violation of Federal Safety Standards (Recall Alert)
Hazard: The recalled bassinets violate the Safe Sleep for Babies Act because they were marketed for infant sleep and have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees. Infant fatalities have occurred in inclined sleeper products after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances. The bassinets also violate the Infant Sleep Products regulation because they do not have a stand.

Peg Perego Recalls Strollers Due to Risk of Entrapment and Strangulation; One Child Death Reported
Hazard: Entrapment and strangulation can occur, especially to infants younger than 12 months of age, when a child is not harnessed. An infant can pass through the opening between the stroller tray and seat bottom, but his/her head and neck can become entrapped by the tray. Infants who become entrapped at the neck are at risk of strangulation.

CPSC, Peg Perego USA Announce Recall of High Chairs
Hazard: When the seat is reclined, the high chairs have a space between the armrest and backrest, in which a child's head or arm can become entrapped. This can pose a risk of suffocation or injury to the heads or arms of young children.
