Hazard: The pourable gel fuel can ignite unexpectedly and splatter onto people and objects nearby when it is poured into a fire pot that is still burning. This hazard can occur if the consumer does not see the flame or is not aware that the fire pot is still ignited. Gel fuel that splatters and ignites can pose fire and burn risks to consumers that can be fatal.

Hazard: The flame guards on the recalled replacement torch fuel containers can malfunction and cause the containers to melt while the torch is in use, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Hazard: The surface coating of some flame guards on these bamboo torches and replacement canisters can absorb the fuel and ignite. This can cause the torch and nearby combustibles to catch on fire, posing a risk of burn injuries and property damage.

Hazard: The head and cover of these torches can come loose or be dislodged during use, allowing torch fuel to spill. This poses a risk of burn injuries and property damage.
