Hazard: The rear brake caliper can crack or break, reducing the brake system's effectiveness, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to crash hazard.

Hazard: The front brake caliper can crack, reducing the braking system's effectiveness, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: An incorrectly programmed CDI box can lead to engine failure, posing crash and injury hazards.

Hazard: The motorcycle's connecting rod can break, posing crash and injury hazards.

Hazard: The retaining "R" clips on the front brake caliper pin can fall out, causing the front brakes to fail, posing a crash hazard to the rider.

Hazard: The front brake master cylinder can malfunction, posing a crash hazard.

Hazard: The connecting rod in the crankshaft assembly can fracture, causing the operator to lose control of the motorcycle and crash.

Hazard: The front wheel spoke assembly can fail, causing the operator to lose control of the motorcycle and crash.

Hazard: The molded fuel hoses could leak fuel at the radius or the ends of the hose, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard: Under extreme riding conditions, fuel can escape from the tank breather assembly. This poses a risk of fire and injury to the rider.

Hazard: The front fork pistons can become stuck within the fork leg and cause the operator to lose control of the motorcycle and crash.

Hazard: During use, the throttle cable can malfunction and result in an uncontrollable throttle. This poses a crash hazard to the rider.

Hazard: During use, the pre-formed fuel hose can develop small holes or cracks at the ends of the hose, allowing fuel to leak. This poses a fire and crash hazard to the rider and/or others.

Hazard: The motorcycle handlebar clamp can develop cracks during normal use causing the handlebars to move from their set position. This can result in the rider losing control of the vehicle, posing a fall or crash hazard.
