CPSC, Kearney-National, Hapco Division Announce Recall of Flagpoles
Hazard: A partially crimped sleeve on these flagpoles can allow the cable to pull through the sleeve, causing the loop to release. When the assembly is raised with no flag attached, it can allow a seven pound counter weight to drop to the ground, possibly hitting people nearby.
